Miniatures
This miniature collection is entirely handmade. The primary material used in most of these paintings is camel bone, which absorbs color well and imparts a brilliant sheen to the artwork. Camel bones are discarded by the food industry. However, artists, after disinfecting and cleaning them, utilize these calcium-rich and energy-packed materials. After cutting, layering, and polishing, they are used as the material for miniature painting. Therefore, the bones are often small, thin, and uneven in size. These paintings are meticulously crafted by skilled artists under the supervision of the “SADA Artistic Institute” in Iran, following the techniques of the Isfahan School. Their precision is such that at times they are painted with a magnifying glass and always with finely crafted handmade brushes.
